The SOFICO Executive Board
The Executive Board is made up of 11 members representing the Region who are vested with the broadest powers to carry out all necessary acts required to perform the company's missions, in compliance with the general policy set out by the Walloon government.
The Director-General implements the general policy set out by the Board by virtue of the authority delegated to him. He also deals with the day-to-day management of the company. The Chairman of the Board is responsible for strategic aspects and relations with the supervisory bodies.
